Refund policy
**All Sales Are Final**
Due to the custom and pre-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address]. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost.
**Pre-Order Notice**
All current orders are pre-orders. Orders placed by June 1, 2025 will be processed and shipped the week of June 13, 2025. Estimated delivery by June 21, 2025. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
